Full Management Service Plus+
Our Full Management Service Plus+ is our full management service with the addition of rent guarantee insurance for rents up to £1000 covering both 6- and 12-month periods.
All tenants must fully pass the referencing without the need for a guarantor. Plus, there are two levels of excess. 1 months rent or Zero – with immediate payment of rent when the rent is due. This is dependent on the terms of the insurance being maintained during the tenancy.
