Full Management Service

The fully managed service

Our Fully Managed Service is one that covers all aspects of residential property management and is perfect for anyone who would prefer the Agent to conduct the whole process. Whether this is due to time or location constraints or even a preference, all tenant liaisons are conducted by the Agent and is our most preferred product.

In addition to all the elements of our, ‘Rent and Collect’ service the full management service offers:

• Consultation of all repairs in excess of £125
• Arrangement of emergency work
• Minor or urgent repair work
• Regular property inspections
• Tenant management and contact

Management fees 

• £95, for the letting to a new Tenant; or renewed or extended tenancy to the same tenant; and
• A monthly commission of 12% of gross rent.
• If the tenancy is renewed or extended to the same Tenant, the management fee shall continue at the monthly commission of 12% of the gross rent.

The fees for the preparation of an inventory shall be as follows:

• £95 for an unfurnished property; or
• £145 for either or a part/fully furnished property.

Note: Without an inventory the Landlord may lose any right to make a claim for compensation against the Tenant for damage to the property during the term of the let.

The fee for registering the tenancy deposit shall be £50, for any letting to a new Tenant under an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
