Does what it says, we find you a tenant to meet your requirement. We advertise your property through various medias to maximise exposure. The responses are vetted against your tenant specification. Those meeting this will be interviewed at the property, either by yourself (as you will be managing your own property) or by a member of staff. The ideal applicant will then be referenced, and residency and all other checks completed. The ideal applicant will go forward to become your tenant.
