Our Let only service means that not only do we find you the perfect tenant but we complete all of the paperwork necessary to get the tenancy underway.
Our Let only service is very similar to our Tenant Find service, however in addition we complete all the administration that is needed to start a tenancy.
We draft a comprehensive Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, together with our comprehensive Inventory and complete the collection of the deposit, lodging this in our client account and issuing a Tenancy Deposit Certificate.
We introduce the landlord and tenant and then the landlord takes over the management and collection of rent.
